Computer troubleshooting Computers, like other electronic equipment, are complex and require a variety of processes to function correctly. Inevitably, PCs do not always behave properly and, because of their complex nature, resolving problems can often be time consuming and very frustrating. I have been working with Microsoft operating systems for over ten years and have a broad experience of troubleshooting a variety of issues including: Boot failure The PC fails to turn on or go into Windows completely. Printer problems The printer does not print at all, or prints garbled characters. System crashes The PC stops working and either "freezes" or the screen goes blue with an error message.
